By using Yield Wheel, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
Service Description
Yield Wheel is an options screening tool that helps identify potential covered call and cash-secured put opportunities based on user-defined criteria.

Risk Acknowledgment
Options trading involves significant risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose.
User Responsibilities
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Verify all trade information before execution
- Conduct your own due diligence
Data Sources and API Keys
Yield Wheel supports "Bring Your Own Key" (BYOK) data access, allowing you to connect your own market data provider API keys.
- Your API Keys: When you provide third-party API keys (e.g., Tradier), you are solely responsible for compliance with that provider's terms of service, rate limits, and usage policies.
- Data Provider Costs: Any costs incurred with your data provider (API fees, market data subscriptions) are your responsibility. Yield Wheel does not cover or reimburse third-party data costs.
- Secure Storage: Your API keys are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption. We never display your full API keys after they are saved.
- Key Deletion: You may disconnect or delete your API keys at any time from the Data Sources settings page.
- Fallback Data: Without a connected data source, Yield Wheel uses delayed market data (typically 15 minutes) from public sources. This data is provided as-is without guarantees of accuracy or timeliness.
Data Source Transparency
Yield Wheel displays badges throughout the interface indicating whether data is from your connected real-time source or from delayed public data. Always verify your data source before making trading decisions.
Subscription Plans
Yield Wheel offers free and paid subscription tiers:
- Free tier - Limited features for evaluating the platform
- Starter tier - Unlimited screening and discovery
- Pro tier - All features plus priority support
Billing and Payments
- Billing cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selection.
- Automatic renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled.
- Payment method: We accept major credit cards through our payment processor, Stripe.
- Price changes: We may adjust pricing with 30 days notice. Your existing subscription rate is locked until renewal.
Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- No partial refunds: We do not provide prorated refunds for cancellations mid-cycle.
- Downgrade to free: After cancellation, your account reverts to the free tier with reduced features.
- Refund requests: For billing issues or errors, contact us within 7 days of the charge.
Founding Member Benefits
Users who subscribe during our launch period may receive "Founding Member" status with special pricing. Founding Member pricing remains in effect as long as your subscription remains active. Canceling and re-subscribing may result in loss of Founding Member pricing.
Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. For paid subscribers, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes that negatively affect your subscription.
Limitation of Liability
Yield Wheel and its operators are not liable for any trading losses, data inaccuracies, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.
